A Designers Dream Home

The entire Newport Coast home has stunning self-made views that include disappearing TVS, Lutron lighting systems, thermostatic controls, security cameras, wireless networking and a Crestron automation system for whole home automation. See the product list below:

• Family Room: Surround Sound with Five (5) In- Ceiling Paradigm Pro Speakers, and an In-Wall Paradigm Subwoofer.
• Master Bedroom: Five (5) In- Ceiling Paradigm Pro Speakers and another In-Wall Paradigm Subwoofer.
• Casita: Controlled with Crestron Automation for TV and Music. Eight (8) Paradigm In- Ceiling Speakers so the entire Casita has music.
• Outdoor Music: Surround (delete Surround Sound) Sound: Paradigm Stylus Speakers for soothing music or background music for entertainment. 

We can't say enough about this project, 3 levels, 28 zones of music, a full house Lutron lighting system, 8 televisions and CC Tv's. This is all controlled by a Crestron 16X16 Digital Media 4K HDMI matrix switch. You can watch any video source at any location throughout the property.

Upstairs: we have a Living Room and Kitchen, the kitchen has a full motion motorized articulating mount controlled by Crestron.
And of course, every room including the hallways have music.  

Downstairs: the Master Bedroom, Guest Bedrooms, and Media Room.
The Media Room has a 98" Planar Ultra resolution TV, A Kaledescape media server, Oppo Blu Ray Player, and a Paradigm 7.1.2 Atmos Surround Sound System. 

Lower Level: In Law Suite is a home within a home, the kitchen, Bathroom and bedroom mirror the main house and all of its glory.

Outdoor: There are 5 decks all with music features. We also added a special feature per the homeowners request, 250' of RGB, LED lighting all around the house so in the dark you can see a specific color of choosing from the ocean. You may find the owner asking, "What is your favorite color" and you will see it lit up at night.

San Clemente Beach Front Trailer Home

This incredible property is a beach-front, double-wide trailer home! In the living room, we custom engineered a TV in a full mirror space with a 270 degree panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean. We were also able to hide the equipment within the confines of existing cabinetry to give a seamless and modern look.

We truly worked "outside the box" as the custom cabinet was built to extend beyond the walls of the living room to outer walls, and this was done to blend in with the chimney.

The entire home is controlled by an all-in-one Crestron automation system including music, TV, shades and lighting controls. And the master bedroom has a TV with Vision Art that displays artwork when the TV when not in use.

Coto de Caza Estate

Within the sprawling acres of Coto de Caza, this home was completely remodeled by a Design Firm, Roomscapes in Newport Beach, who brought us to the job for the Audio Video design and installation.
 
Phase 1: Interior
This is a very large home with 2 theaters, intercom system, whole house music, CC TV’s, 6 Receivers, Pop up Televisions, a Lutron Lighting System, and a full high power network controlled by RTI.
The Great Room is featured with an 4K UHD 98” (yes that’s just over 8’) Planar television. All of the Paradigm speakers and Paradigm Subwoofer are hidden, including the Equipment Rack tucked away in a closet.  
The dedicated theater has a Paradigm Atmos Speaker system installed, you can literally hear the sound travel across the room. This room is also equipped with a 86” Planar Commercial Grade television.
The Master Bedroom has a pop up TV so when its not in use, it also is hidden. 
The Master Bath has a television mounted over a soaking tub.
 
Phase 2: Outdoor
Plant your music outside with a Paradigm Garden Oasis System. Enjoy superior audio performance combined with rugged weatherproof design and Paradigm RED™ Reduced Edge Differencial) technology.  
We installed 4 Outdoor Speakers and In Ground Subwoofers.  
The patio has a Peerless 65” Outdoor Television, this not a standard television that is placed outside, this is an Outdoor specific television with better picture quality for outdoor viewing and brighter compensation for light.

Pelican Hill Newport Coast - Beautiful Home with a Casita

After 15 years we re-purposed existing racks and equipment to fit into this space, making a new and efficient vertical rack to fit the contemporary look. In the Casita, you can view the TV from inside and outside because of an articulating and motorized mount which is controlled by the touch of a button. The entire estate is blanketed with sound inside and out.

Gamer's Haven at the Beach

This is the ultimate playhouse. Our client, an audiophile with a 7 Bedroom home bought a beach house to transform it into a gaming paradise for his professional level gaming son.

The game room contains state-of-the-art commercial grade networking running at 300 MB/sec. This type of fast connection enables a professional level of play with minimal latency.

The Game Room is also equipped with 3 gaming computers, 3 PlayStations, 3 Xbox consoles. We were able to re purpose the owners existing Linn Speakers from his home to enhance the sound experience in the Game Room, how fun is that?

In the Family Media Room, we added Signature Level Paradigm In-Wall speakers and Subwoofer for the highest quality of sound. 
And of course, don’t forget the Master Bedroom, the one with the stunning ocean view. We installed a custom-built cabinet with a pop-up TV that can be lowered when not in use so all you see is the beautiful Pacific Ocean.

But wait! This amazing house was just sold and the audio video system fueled the sale of the home. We were immediately called by the new owner, their son could not wait to use the over the top gaming system! 

Spyglass Newport Coast – Beautiful Custom Home Theater

We installed a custom curved 145" Stewart screen with a 2.35:1 ratio and automated shades controlled by Crestron hung on a custom suspended wall mount because our client didn't want to put a mount in a fine wood ceiling. To enhance the viewing experience we also installed a Kaleidescape movie server.

Whether on disc or as a digital download from the Kaleidescape Movie Store, Kaleidescape brings together all your movies in a visually stunning library making it beautifully simple to access and enjoy movies that truly matter to you. When you’re in the mood for something new, the Store offers thousands of titles—with new movies available in the highest quality often weeks before they become available on disc.

Hale Aikane

This Island Paradise is nestled in La Costa and includes several incredible audio and video features like:
Indoor discreet theater drop screen projector
Sports bar with music all around
Bathroom TV above the urinal, mirrors what is playing in sports bar
Extensive outdoor sound system
Lutron lighting and shade controls
Crestron integrated control system

World's Best Neighbor

This client likes it LOUD, but none of his neighbors would know. 100 decibels inside and 12 decibels out. This incredible home has a full kinetic isolated floor, ceiling and wall which perfectly contains the sound from escaping outside. The design is basically a room within a room, and just like a recording studio it keeps the sound within the walls. This home also had the very first HD VHS player on the West Coast.

CEDIA Award Winning Integrated Home

This Smart home not only has a dedicated theater, but it also has hidden speakers and hidden televisions with Vision Art.

Players Penthouse Las Vegas

This is one of our older jobs but was far ahead of its time. Its a challenge making a players penthouse in Las Vegas but we equipped this home with several incredible features like a motorized mount that flips down the master bedroom TV. We installed a bio-metric thumbprint scanner to open doors. The 8-foot-tall speakers in the entertainment center have built-in, custom subwoofers. Ten years later we upgraded from monitors to a 2X2 video wall controlled with ease from an iPad.
